- 5+ years of related work experience
- Leadership of cross-functional development teams
- Program timing and milestone management
- Scope change management and risk mitigation
- Financial roadmap planning and cost management
- Simultaneous Development Team (SDT) management
- 0-0-100-100-90 launch performance planning
- Customer relationship management
- Product quality and testing oversight

## Nice to have

- Experience with complete seat, interiors, or metals manufacturing
- Global management and cross-cultural communication skills
- Experience launching new products, processes, or plants across multiple regions
