- 5+ years software engineering experience building production systems
- Deep experience with LLMs, agent frameworks, RAG architectures, and orchestration patterns
- Experience building and deploying enterprise AI solutions with measurable business outcomes
- Strong facilitation and coaching abilities for technical and non-technical audiences
- Ability to work directly with business stakeholders to identify opportunities and redesign workflows
- Proven ability to influence organizational change through hands-on partnership and delivery
- Experience mentoring technical talent through real-world project engagements
- Understanding of responsible AI, governance, risk management, and production monitoring
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into practical business value
- Experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives combining technology adoption and organizational change
- Demonstrated ability to influence senior leaders across matrixed organizations
- Experience developing scalable frameworks, playbooks, and best practices
- Strong executive communication skills aligned to business priorities

## Nice to have
