## Required

- Bachelor's degree in journalism or related field, or equivalent experience
- 8+ years in fast-paced, high-profile news environment
- 5–7 years leading live programming and running shows
- 3+ years managing people and building production/editorial teams
- Proven ability to lead live programming and breaking news coverage
- Strong editorial judgment, writing, and editing skills
- Deep knowledge of Hispanic and global news
- Understanding of standards and compliance guidelines
- Experience managing cross-platform content (linear, streaming, digital, social)
- Knowledge of newsroom systems like iNews
- Fluency in Spanish with strong written and verbal English proficiency
