Render is seeking a Staff Product Manager to define the strategic direction of their cloud platform's foundational infrastructure layer, including compute, orchestration, networking, and storage. This role suits experienced product leaders with deep infrastructure knowledge who want to shape how modern cloud platforms evolve for AI-native development.

## Required

- 7+ years in product management
- Majority of PM experience in developer tools, infrastructure, or platform products
- Deep developer empathy for internal and external stakeholders
- Technical depth to make architectural tradeoffs with engineering
- Track record of defining strategy from ambiguous cross-cutting platform problems
- Strong communication and storytelling skills
- General knowledge of how AI is being used by modern teams

## Nice to have

- Experience as an infrastructure engineer
- Experience building AI agents or infrastructure
- Strong perspective on agentic memory management and compute workloads
