## Required

- 7+ years in Customer Success Operations, Revenue Operations, Business Operations, or related analytics in B2B SaaS
- Proven track record using data to improve GRR, NRR, renewal rates, NPS, or adoption
- Deep hands-on experience with Gainsight health scoring and journey orchestration
- Advanced Power BI proficiency to build models and dashboards independently
- Experience using AI tools like Claude or ChatGPT for data analysis
- Executive communication skills to distill complex data for VP and C-suite audiences
- Commercial mindset focused on revenue outcomes
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Finance, or equivalent professional experience

## Nice to have

- Legal technology or legal services industry experience
- Experience building a Customer Success Operations function from scratch
- Gainsight certification
- SQL or other data querying skills
- Experience with consumption-based or usage-based pricing models
- Voice of Customer program and NPS/CSAT measurement experience
- Prior experience as a trusted data and strategy partner to C-suite executives
