- Background check management experience
- Onboarding and TA transaction processing experience
- First line of contact or customer service experience
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Attention to detail

- Handle sensitive information with integrity
- Work cross-functionally in fast-paced environment

## Nice to have

- Experience with Workday job requisitions, candidate profiles and onboarding modules
- Experience with Sterling and/or First Advantage platforms
- Experience with ServiceNow case management and ticketing
- Proven experience utilizing AI technologies to enhance decision-making and workflows
