## Required

- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, RF Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years RF engineering, RAN, satellite communications, or wireless systems validation
- Link budget analysis knowledge including FSPL, elevation angle effects, EIRP, and G/T
- IQ domain and DSP signal analysis experience
- Deep LTE/RAN knowledge
- Scripting or automation with Python, Lua, or MATLAB
- Root cause analysis and corrective action implementation
- Feature validation and production readiness leadership experience
- Cross-functional collaboration and technical leadership
