- Experience with SOC/ASIC design flow and modern P&R tools
- Block-level floor planning and PPA optimization experience
- Knowledge of logic equivalence checking, timing constraints, and Verilog
- Basic understanding of GPU architecture and data flow
- Scripting proficiency in TCL, Perl, Shell, and/or Python
- Electrical engineering fundamentals and analytical problem-solving
- Track record of delivering high-quality designs meeting PPA goals and functionality requirements
