## Required

- 8–12+ years in B2B payments, acquiring, working capital solutions or business development
- Proven track record of driving commercial payment volume growth
- Experience with issuers, acquirers, fintechs and corporate B2B clients
- Expertise in Accounts Receivable, collections or invoice-based payment flows
- Deep understanding of B2B payments ecosystem and commercial card solutions
- Knowledge of acquiring economics and merchant landscape
- Understanding of working capital dynamics (DSO, liquidity, cash conversion cycles)
- Executive-level communication and consultative sales skills
- Data-driven analytical capability
- Project management in matrixed organizations
- Fluent in English and Spanish
- Willingness to travel across LAC markets

- Portuguese fluency
