- Record of scientific scholarship and achievement
- Background in clinical medicine and biomedical research
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to function in teams
- Outstanding verbal and written communication and presentation skills

## Nice to have

- Board certification or eligibility in Endocrinology, Gastroenterology, Hepatology, or related discipline
