- 10+ years of software engineering experience

- Staff-level technical leadership across multiple teams
- Strong OpenAPI/REST API design background
- Hands-on experience with AI agent tooling (MCP, LLM tool calling, or agentic platforms)
- Experience building CI/CD systems or codegen pipelines that enforce contracts
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience

## Nice to have

- Familiarity with fintech domains (payments, lending, payroll, wallet)
- Knowledge of safety and compliance requirements for agent-initiated financial actions
- Experience with Claude, ChatGPT Actions, or similar agentic platforms
