## Required

- 1-3 years inside sales experience with insurance or B2B technology customers
- Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams on deal execution
- Comfort qualifying deals and identifying deal drivers through producer conversations
- Strong rapport-building and relationship management skills
- Ability to adapt and problem-solve in a startup environment

## Nice to have

- Experience with agents/brokers selling commercial Property & Casualty insurance
- Knowledge of habitational insurance products
- Background in insurance industry
