- Understanding of manufacturing processes
- Tolerance analysis experience
- Experience with electronic components and system integration
- Hands-on troubleshooting capability

## Nice to have

- MS or PhD degree
- Experience designing AI, GPU, or high-performance computing systems
- Track record of improving product quality, cost, or manufacturing efficiency
- Familiarity with rack-level systems and datacenter environments
