## Required

- High school diploma
- 0–1 years cGMP cell therapy or bioprocessing manufacturing experience
- Basic understanding of cell culture, cryopreservation, purification, and aseptic processing
- Knowledge of cGMP and FDA regulations
- Basic math skills
- Technical writing capability
- Able to stand for extended periods
- Comfortable handling contained human blood components
- Able to lift 25 pounds
- Flexibility to work in cleanroom garments and PPE

## Nice to have

- Bachelor's or associate degree
- Background in biology, chemistry, medical or clinical practices
