## Required

- 8+ years of technical program management experience
- Track record building cross-functional programs in ambiguous environments
- Ability to drive decisions among senior leaders with competing priorities
- Experience driving adoption of platform capabilities across product teams without shared reporting lines
- Understanding of enterprise security and compliance requirements (SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA, FedRAMP, SSO, SCIM, RBAC, data governance, audit logging, spend controls)
- Direct experience working with regulated customers on security reviews, questionnaires, audit findings, and contract requirements

## Nice to have

- End-to-end HIPAA program ownership at a software company
- Financial services customer experience with data retention, residency, and encryption requirements
- Design partnership or co-build experience with large enterprise customers
- Experience using Claude or other LLM tools for program tracking and automation
