## Required

- Active unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license
- Active Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN)
- Minimum 3 years filing 30+ federal and state 1040 returns per tax season
- Comfortable working onsite Sunday through Saturday, minimum 20 hours per week
- Willing to wear TurboTax uniform
- Willing to work in front-facing retail environment
- U.S. residency
- Ability to obtain any required state licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds

## Nice to have

- Bilingual English/Spanish communication
- Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond tax filing
- Interest in building local and online social presence as a tax expert
