## Required

- 12+ years of progressive training, learning & development, or organizational effectiveness experience
- At least 3–5 years in a senior leadership role
- Bachelor's degree
- Proven experience designing and executing global training strategies in a complex, matrixed organization
- Experience managing learning operations at scale, including LMS administration and vendor/partner management
- Experience with change management principles applied to training and organizational initiatives
- Strong facilitation skills
- Deep understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies

## Nice to have

- Master's degree in Organizational Development, Education, Human Resources, or a related field
- Relevant certifications in facilitation, instructional design, change management (Prosci, CPTD, ATD), or Workday LMS
- Current knowledge of AI-powered learning tools and platforms
