- Bac+5 engineering degree or equivalent
- At least 8 years industrial environment experience
- Industrial engineering bureau and project management experience
- Automated systems knowledge: electrical/mechanical design, automation, robotics, electrotechnics, cybersecurity, industrial IT and networks
- Control systems and industrial project management
- Project feasibility and ROI assessment
- Complex project financial tracking
- Industrialisation and production oversight
- Technical documentation writing
- Safety standards compliance
- Fluent English: reading, writing, technical discussions
- French defence ministry security clearance

## Nice to have

- Specialisation in Industrial Automation, Industrial IT, Electrotechnics, Mechatronics or Robotics
- Passion for Space and Defence sectors
