## Required

- Trade certificate or diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Maintenance
- 5+ years hands-on maintenance experience in industrial or manufacturing environment
- Advanced expertise with centrifugal, diaphragm, peristaltic, and positive displacement pumps
- Advanced expertise with motors, pneumatics, chiller systems, and hydraulics
- Ability to independently troubleshoot and resolve complex mechanical failures
- Proficiency with precision measurement instruments and diagnostic equipment
- Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings, schematics, P&IDs, and equipment manuals
- In-depth knowledge of LOTO/LOTO-Plus, confined space entry, and permit-to-work systems
- Physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in varied environments including heights and confined spaces

## Nice to have

- Experience with predictive maintenance technologies such as vibration analysis or thermography
- Hydraulic systems certification or chiller/refrigeration certification
- Multi-craft capabilities including intermediate electrical troubleshooting
- Experience in oil & gas, chemical, water/wastewater, mining, or heavy manufacturing industries
- CMMS platform proficiency with SAP PM, Maximo, or similar systems
