## Required

- Bachelor's degree in Aerospace, Mechanical, Electrical, Computer, or Software Engineering, or Computer Science
- Minimum 3 years of relevant engineering experience
- Strong fundamentals in thermal, structural, electrical, and fluid systems
- Ability to collaborate in teams and perform under high-pressure, schedule-driven conditions
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- US government background clearance for Cape Canaveral

## Nice to have

- Working knowledge of rocket subsystems including structures, mechanisms, and high-pressure fluid systems
- Hands-on experience supporting propulsion test and launch operations
- Intermediate proficiency in object-oriented programming
- Ability to quickly learn new skills and programming languages
- Experience developing user interfaces and operator-in-the-loop automation tools
