- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Engineering, Architecture, Construction, Urban Planning, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of real estate development experience including medical office, healthcare, and mixed-use projects
- Deep knowledge of construction and design processes
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
- Expertise in project budgeting, contract negotiations, and scheduling
- Excellent organizational skills with proven record of on-budget project completion
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to interact with executive-level clients
- Ability to multitask and work independently
- Detail-oriented, quantitative approach with long-term owner's perspective
- Excellent problem-solving and creative skills
