## Required

- 10+ years in fraud, financial crime, identity, or related fields
- Leadership experience in fraud strategy or operations at a financial institution, fintech, payments, or regulated industry
- Ability to influence executive stakeholders and drive strategic initiatives
- Deep knowledge of fraud trends, attack patterns, and emerging threats
- Strategic thinking and comfort with complex, ambiguous problems
- High ownership and bias toward action
- Strong executive presence and ability to build credibility quickly
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to work across technical, operational, and executive audiences
- Collaboration skills and ability to influence without direct authority
