## Required

- 7+ years practicing attorney experience
- 2+ years at top-tier law firm
- 5+ years in-house at technology company in sales-side commercial transactions
- JD from top-tier law school
- Active bar membership in at least one US state
- One of: computer science/engineering degree, 2-4 years software patent litigation/prosecution at top firm, or extensive API/SDK experience
- Experience with complex sales deals
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
