## Required

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Supply Chain, or related field
- 10+ years of progressive finance experience with increasing scope and accountability
- At least 5 years of people leadership experience
- Significant experience supporting Supply Chain, Operations, Manufacturing, Logistics, Procurement, Inventory, or Commercial Finance functions
- Proven success driving cost optimization, gross margin improvement, inventory management, and operational productivity initiatives
- Proven experience leading business case development and capital investment evaluations
- Excel power user with ability to build sophisticated financial models
- Advanced PowerPoint and executive presentation skills

## Nice to have

- Experience in consumer products, retail, omnichannel, manufacturing, or complex product-based environments
- Experience with Oracle EPM, SmartView, Power BI, Tableau, or other enterprise planning and visualization tools
- MBA, CPA, CMA, or related professional certification
