## Required

- 8+ years in project development, project management, power origination, business development, real estate, or asset management
- Experience in energy, infrastructure, utilities, data center, or commercial real estate industries
- Bachelor's or master's degree in business, finance, or engineering
- Experience with PPAs, BTAs, DTAs, and/or EPC transactions across multiple power markets and technology
- Eligible to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship

## Nice to have

- 5+ years negotiating PPAs, BTAs, or DTs
- Experience negotiating Energy Service Agreements or other commercial agreements with utilities, data center operators, or large energy customers
- Legal experience or agreement negotiation background
- Ability to comprehend complex documents and communicate transactional risks
- Solution-seeking, teamwork, leadership and communication skills
- Critical thinking and problem-solving ability
- Ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines
