## Required

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related field with 12+ years industry experience (or Master's degree with 10+ years)

- Strong proficiency in Python and C++
- Familiarity with PyTorch and how AI models consume compute and network resources
- Proven experience in performance testing and validating Ethernet switch systems
- Extensive experience with performance metrics, profiling and benchmarking tools
- Ability to diagnose root causes in complex distributed systems

## Nice to have

- Experience with RDMA and RoCEv2
- Prior experience building CI/CD pipelines for automated hardware or software performance regression testing
