## Required

- Built and led a community or customer advocacy function that drove retention, adoption, or expansion outcomes
- Led and developed a distributed team of program owners and regional leads with commercial accountability
- Comfortable defining and defending community metrics in business reviews
- Connected bottom-up adoption inside large accounts to enterprise expansion motions
- Flexed community strategy across technical developer audiences and enterprise executive audiences
- Worked cross-functionally with Product, Data Science, and other teams
- Partnered with Product and Data Science on usage quality metrics and instrumentation
- Clear communicator able to engage both technical and executive stakeholders

## Nice to have

- Run community at companies with both PLG and enterprise sales motions simultaneously
- Built or led a recognized champions, ambassadors, or advocacy program
- Experience with developer tools, infrastructure, or AI products
- Built measurement infrastructure for community including cohorting, attribution, and usage segmentation
- International experience scaling community in EMEA or Japan/APAC regions
- Track record of building user trust and listening to communities through difficult periods
- Background spanning community, customer marketing, developer relations, customer education, or growth functions
