## Required

- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or equivalent experience
- 3+ years in production planning, manufacturing operations, or supply chain in high-tech or aerospace manufacturing
- Develop and maintain production and kitting schedules
- Manage Manufacturing Bill of Materials in partnership with manufacturing engineering
- Partner with supply chain to resolve material shortages
- Monitor and communicate production progress and risks

## Nice to have

- Experience with Manufacturing Bill of Materials and production scheduling methodologies
- Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems such as SAP or Oracle
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional relationships
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills for planning and data analysis
