## Required

- 10+ years in financial services with global Prime Brokerage margin leadership experience
- Expert knowledge of US regulatory frameworks: Reg T, Portfolio Margin, FINRA, SEC 15c3-1/15c3-3, and derivatives margin rules
- End-to-end knowledge of margin and collateral optimization including liquidity, capital, and financial reporting impacts
- Strong communicator able to influence senior stakeholders and articulate strategy
- Problem-solving ability with sound risk management and control mindset
- Ability to work across Risk, Product, Technology, and Front Office functions

## Nice to have

- BA/BS degree
