## Required

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Active Certified Pharmacy Technician registration in Ohio
- At least 1 year pharmacy technician experience
- Familiarity with USP <795> and <800> standards
- Attention to detail and accuracy in measurements and documentation
- Ability to follow procedures and maintain compliance
- Medical clearance to wear respiratory protection
- Willingness to understand risks of handling hazardous drugs
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work standing/walking for extended periods

## Nice to have

- Prior experience in hospital or compounding settings
