## Required

- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or related Engineering
- Minimum 4 years' experience as reliability or maintenance engineer
- Experience in chemical manufacturing, oil & gas refining, pipeline maintenance, or petrochemical environment
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems and rotating and stationary equipment
- Rotating equipment experience
- Industrial maintenance practices
- Experience with reliability tools and methodologies
- Working knowledge of Process Safety Management and industrial safety practices
- Analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven mindset
- Effective communication and cross-functional collaboration

## Nice to have

- Vibration monitoring certification
- CMRP (Certified Maintenance Reliability Professional) certification
