- Direct experience owning a P&L or accountability for revenue and profitability
- Deep understanding of subscription economics: LTV, CAC, retention, ARPU, ROAS
- Experience building and leading cross-functional teams
- Partnership skills across Product, Engineering, Marketing, Analytics and Finance
- Analytical mindset with ability to make decisions under ambiguity
- Capability to move from strategy to execution across multiple domains

## Nice to have

- VPN, cybersecurity, privacy, or networking product experience
- Knowledge of government regulations in the VPN space
- Experience scaling or integrating acquired digital products
