## Required

- 8+ years of motion graphics and animation experience
- Deep experience animating SaaS and complex UI systems
- Expertise in After Effects and Adobe Suite
- Experience building automated animation pipelines or systems
- Ability to translate product design into pixel-accurate motion
- Understanding of timing, physics, typography, and storytelling in animation

## Nice to have

- 3D experience with Cinema 4D or Blender
- Houdini proficiency
- Active experimentation with generative AI tools like Stable Diffusion, ComfyUI, or Runway Gen-3
- Experience with rotoscoping, texture generation, style transfer, or frame interpolation
