## Required

- 5+ years BSP or low-level embedded software development
- Experience with automotive platforms (QCOMM, NXP, TI, or Infineon)
- Android and kernel fundamentals
- Device driver development and hands-on experience
- ARM tools and scripting languages (Python, Shell)
- Embedded driver development for ARM processors
- QNX or embedded Linux kernel development experience
- Automotive communication protocols (CAN, LIN, FlexRay, Ethernet AVB/TSN)
- Hardware bring-up and debugging (JTAG, Lauterbach)
- Very good debugging skills
- Open source stack integration
- Yocto and CI/CD

## Nice to have

- Virtualization technologies (QEMU, Xen, KVM) and virtual I/O frameworks
- Performance tuning experience
- Clock drivers, storage device drivers, bus drivers, diagnostics or IPC drivers
- Power management driver experience
- Functional safety concepts and compliance processes knowledge
