## Required

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, or related field
- 1+ years of professional experience solving complex problems from first principles
- Direct experience with rocketry, space systems, or comparably complex hardware
- Proficiency in Python, Julia, MATLAB, or similar high-level languages
- Ability to independently own and complete projects end-to-end
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment

## Nice to have

- Experience with launch vehicle trajectory design and optimization
- Track record as a leading contributor on multi-disciplinary engineering analysis
- Prior startup work experience
- Familiarity with Docker, CI/CD, and advanced software development practices
