- Ability to translate business problems into scalable AI solutions
- Knowledge of AI/data platforms such as AWS and Databricks
- Experience in Agile product delivery environments
- Strong business acumen and prioritization skills

## Nice to have

- Experience in Product Development, Quality systems, and understanding of CMC, manufacturing and supply chain analytics
- Experience applying AI/ML in clinical trials or development
- Experience in GxP-regulated environments
- Exposure to generative AI use cases
