- Bachelor's degree in Nursing
- Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Basic Life Support CPR certification
- 2+ years of nursing experience
- Knowledge of ANA/ANPD standards for Nursing Professional Development
- Knowledge of applicable regulatory standards (CMS, OSHA)

## Nice to have

- Master's degree in Nursing
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification
- Certified Nurse Operating Room (CNOR)
- Nursing Professional Development Board Certified (NPD-BC)
- Acute/Critical Care Nursing (CCRN) certification
