## Required

- 18 years or older
- Previous retail or customer service experience
- Strong communication skills
- Drive to achieve personal and team sales goals
- Minimum 16 hours per week availability, either 3 peak days (Fri/Sat/Sun + holidays) or 2 peak days plus 2 non-peak days (Mon-Thu)
- Ability to stand and walk entire shift
- Ability to lift, push, carry or move up to 25 lbs
- Ability to frequently bend, reach, stretch, and safely use ladders and step stools
- Willingness to wear Rothy's shoes during shifts
- Uphold the company dress code
