- Knowledge of shipping and receiving policies
- Familiarity with domestic and international shipping regulations
- Ability to lift and move items up to 50 lbs
- Operate material handling equipment (hand truck, pallet jack)
- Interpersonal and communication skills
- Time management and organization
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Manage inventory through software systems
- US Citizen or Permanent Resident (ITAR requirement)

## Nice to have

- Experience with company hardware, software, and equipment products
- Experience with customer technology and support requirements
- Ability to provide guidance to field engineers
