- 5+ years of relevant software engineering experience

- Git, GitHub, and GitLab proficiency
- CI/CD pipeline and ArgoCD familiarity
- NoSQL, Prometheus, Elasticsearch, and CNCF technologies knowledge
- Deep understanding of distributed systems, storage architectures, and high-availability design
- Concurrency, parallelism, and event-driven architecture concepts
- REST and gRPC web technologies knowledge
- Strong communication and documentation skills

## Nice to have

- Python or Rust experience
- Agile development familiarity
- Streaming platforms, cloud gaming, or large-scale distributed systems background
- Infrastructure-as-code experience with CDK or Terraform
- AI-assisted development tools and cloud-native practices familiarity
