- 8+ years progressive experience in procurement operations, purchasing, or procurement transformation in complex global organizations
- Deep expertise in end-to-end procurement processes, controls, intake orchestration, catalog management, and payment operations
- Proven track record leading global cross-functional teams through transformation initiatives
- Ability to leverage automation, AI, and digital technologies to improve efficiency and compliance
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills with executive communication ability
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Finance, Operations Management, or related field

## Nice to have

- Experience implementing or optimizing enterprise S2P platforms (Coupa, SAP, Ariba, Oracle, ServiceNow, Zip, Oro)
