- Knowledge of IT Service Management (ITSM) systems
- Understanding of electrical, electronic and mechanical schematics
- Ability to perform technical duties including preventative and remedial maintenance
- Knowledge of diagnostic systems to debug and isolate faults to component level
- Ability to follow written procedures and instructions
- Good verbal and written communication
- Effective liaison with internal and external stakeholders
- Willingness to lift heavier items and perform manual handling
- National Police Check clearance

## Nice to have

- Diploma in Electronics Engineering or Certificate IV in Engineering
- Experience in fault-finding to component level of microprocessor-based electromechanical devices
- Experience rebuilding computers and software applications at component level
- Strong computer hardware knowledge
- PC building experience
