## Required

- 4+ years HR or People Ops experience supporting frontline/hourly/field teams
- Working knowledge of labor laws and compliance requirements
- Experience coaching managers and navigating employee relations and performance challenges
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in high-volume environment
- Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills
- Comfortable with HR systems and tools
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
- Frequent travel to stores and supported markets
- Based in NYC
