- 8+ years firmware engineering with deep BMC experience
- Production BMC stack expertise (OpenBMC, AMI MegaRAC, or equivalent)
- Led BMC bring-up on new server platforms from schematics and hardware docs
- Strong C/C++ on embedded Linux
- Proficient in Python or shell for automation
- Deep knowledge of IPMI 2.0, Redfish, PLDM, MCTP, and NC-SI protocols
- Hands-on debugging of BMC-to-host interfaces (eSPI, LPC, IPMB, KCS, BT)
- BS/MS in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or equivalent

## Nice to have

- Worked with ODM/OEM partners on BMC firmware or led such engagements
- Familiarity with Yocto or BitBake build systems
- Shipped BMC firmware running in production fleet with real debugging experience
- BMC security work including secure boot, root of trust, DICE, SPDM, attestation, or firmware CVE response
- Knowledge of DC-MHS, DC-SCM, and OCP hardware management direction
- Track record growing a firmware engineering team
- Active OpenBMC contributor or maintainer
- GPU server platform experience (HGX-class, NVLink/PCIe debugging)
- Host firmware background (UEFI/BIOS, coreboot) or CPLD/retimer experience
