- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field with 6+ years semiconductor industry experience, OR Master's with 4+ years, OR Ph.D. with 2+ years
- 2+ years hands-on experience with compact modeling for advanced nodes (FinFET, GAAFET)
- Proficiency with HSPICE and/or Spectre simulators
- Experience with extraction tools like ICCAP or MBP
- Python scripting for data analysis and automation
- Statistical modeling experience

## Nice to have

- Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering or related field with 3+ years industry experience
- Strong background in device physics and RF modeling
- RF structure design, RF de-embedding, and EM simulation experience
- Experience leading technical initiatives across teams and geographies
- Machine learning algorithm experience applied to compact model development
- Understanding of process flows, circuit design, and simulation methodologies
