## Required

- 10+ years of work experience with Bachelor's degree, or 8+ years with advanced degree, or 3+ years with PhD
- Leadership and mentoring of editorial teams
- Editorial judgment and ability to enforce standards
- Experience in editorial, journalism, or content leadership roles
- Ability to operate with decision-making authority in matrixed organizations

- 12+ years of work experience with Bachelor's degree, or 8-10 years with advanced degree, or 6+ years with PhD
- 8-10+ years in editorial, journalism or content leadership
- Proven experience as an editor or newsroom leader with clear authority
