- Knowledge of commercial lending workflows including origination, underwriting, risk rating, portfolio management, due diligence, documentation, KYC, and KYB
- Experience in commercial banking, commercial credit, pre-sales, customer success, or technical consulting roles
- Ability to independently lead client workshops and translate business requirements into functional solution designs
- Strong communication and presentation skills with ability to influence executive stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and industry experience
- Fluency in English
- Proficiency in AI concepts with hands-on experience using AI tools to streamline workflows

## Nice to have

- Experience with commercial lending or loan origination technology platforms
- Familiarity with reporting tools, database technologies, and banking system architectures
