## Required

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- 6–8 years of enterprise technology or IT services sales in Automotive and/or Manufacturing
- Proven quota attainment in hunter sales roles
- Knowledge of Automotive OEMs, Tier 1/Tier 2 suppliers, and mobility organizations
- Established executive network in Michigan/Midwest Automotive market
- Experience selling AI, Application Modernization, Business Transformation, or Enterprise Platform solutions
- Consultative selling and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Legal authorization to work in the US without sponsorship

## Nice to have

- Experience supporting Automotive digital transformation or ERP modernization
- Familiarity with Industry 4.0, software-defined vehicles, and connected enterprise
- Co-selling experience with SAP, Oracle, ServiceNow, Salesforce, or Boomi
- Previous experience at a Global Systems Integrator or large IT services organization
