## Required

- 5+ years in Systems Engineering or Identity & Access Management
- Okta administration and identity lifecycle management expertise
- Identity governance platform experience
- Automation workflow building with Workato or Okta Workflows
- Advanced troubleshooting of authentication issues and API failures
- REST API fluency and scripting language proficiency
- Understanding of RBAC, identity governance, and PAM strategy
- Communication skills and technical documentation
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent

## Nice to have

- Okta Administrator or Consultant certification
- Lumos experience specifically
- PAM rollout and strategy expertise
- Zero-trust security principles knowledge
- Google Workspace Enterprise configuration familiarity
- Planning and change management skills
- Experience in fast-paced global environments
