- Extensive trust and safety operations, enforcement, or threat intelligence experience
- Experience managing external partner or vendor relationships without controlling their systems
- Ability to work across policy, legal, engineering, and operations teams
- Track record building enforcement programs including SLAs and escalation paths
- Strong documentation and SOP creation in fast-moving environments
- Clear communication with technical and non-technical audiences including executives
- Comfort operating in ambiguous environments with evolving processes

## Nice to have

- Direct trust & safety experience at AWS, GCP, Azure, or marketplace-based companies
- Experience designing incident response or escalation processes spanning multiple organizations
- Knowledge of data access controls, audit requirements, or privacy-constrained review environments
- Experience with law enforcement referrals, regulatory reporting, or compliance programs
- Background in AI safety, content moderation, fraud, or abuse detection
- Data-driven approach to operational decision-making
